Account Deletion – Lex Humanitas
This page explains how users of the Lex Humanitas mobile application (available on Google Play) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Lex Humanitas respects user privacy and provides a clear mechanism for requesting deletion of user accounts and related data.
How to delete your account
To request deletion of your Lex Humanitas account, please send an email from the Google account associated with your Lex Humanitas usage to:
support@lexveritas.ai
This email address is the official Lex Humanitas support channel.
Use the subject line:
“Delete my Lex Humanitas account”
We will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 7 days of receiving your request.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- User account identifier
- Audio recordings created in the app
- Text transcriptions
- Analysis results and related metadata
Deletion is irreversible.
Data retention
No personal data is retained after account deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, transaction records required for accounting or tax purposes).
