1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lex Humanitas (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Use of the Service constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Service operator.

2. Nature and Scope of the Service

Lex Humanitas provides automated, AI-assisted analysis of user-submitted content, including but not limited to:

  • audio recording and processing;
  • speech-to-text transcription;
  • text and conversation analysis;
  • detection of potential manipulation patterns, pressure tactics, inconsistencies, or risk indicators;
  • storage of analysis history for user access.

Important clarification

  • does not provide legal advice;
  • does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis;
  • does not provide professional consulting services of any kind;
  • does not determine truth, intent, guilt, or factual correctness.

All outputs are interpretative analytical signals, not conclusions.

3. Eligibility and Account Terms

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you provide accurate, current, and complete account information;
  • you maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • you accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

4. Subscriptions, Tokens, and Payments

The Service may be provided on a free or paid basis. Paid access may include:

  • subscriptions;
  • token-based usage;
  • one-time purchases;
  • feature-limited or expanded access tiers.

Subscription

A subscription gives the user access to certain features, limits, tokens, or Service capabilities during the paid subscription period. The specific subscription terms, including price, billing period, included features, and renewal conditions, are displayed in the Service interface or by the applicable payment platform before purchase.

If a subscription is auto-renewing, it may renew for the next billing period until canceled by the user. The user may cancel the subscription through the Service interface, the applicable payment platform, or the app store through which the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not by itself automatically refund amounts paid for the current or previous billing periods, used tokens, completed analysis runs, or other Service features already provided, unless required by applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment platform.

After cancellation, access to paid features may remain available until the end of the already paid billing period, unless otherwise stated in the Service interface, the payment platform rules, or applicable law.

Billing terms

  • Payments are charged in advance unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing, included features, and access conditions may change with prior notice.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment platforms, banks, app stores, or other payment providers.
  • Additional rules of the relevant payment platform or app store may apply to specific payment methods, subscriptions, or purchases.

5. Refund Policy

General rule

Paid and actually used tokens, analysis runs, features, or other Service elements are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by these Terms, the applicable payment platform rules, or mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Try-Before-You-Buy

Where available, you are expected to evaluate the Service using free or trial access before purchasing paid features.

Technical exception

Refunds may be considered only if a verified technical failure fully prevents service delivery for more than 48 consecutive hours and was not caused by the user’s actions, device limitations, network conditions, payment platform, or third-party services.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

  • no illegal, abusive, or harmful use;
  • no violation of privacy or rights of others;
  • no submission of content without lawful authority;
  • no bypassing of safeguards or security;
  • no reverse engineering or interference;
  • no use for harassment or coercion.

You are solely responsible for the legality of any content that you record, upload, enter, or submit to the Service, including content that contains information about third parties.
